Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, room temperature
- 1¼ cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix
- 1¼ cups cold whole milk
- 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
- 14 fun-size peanut butter cups, quartered (divided: 10 for the filling, 4 for garnish)
- 1 cup halved Reese’s Minis, unwrapped (for the filling)
- 1½ cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided: 1 cup for the filling, ½ cup for garnish)
- ½ cup whole Reese’s Minis, unwrapped (for garnish)
- Nutter Butters, chocolate sandwich cookies, or chocolate-striped cookies for dipping
Instructions
Prepare the Base
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth, about 1 to 1½ minutes.
Add the Pudding and Milk
Sprinkle the instant pudding mix over the peanut butter mixture. While mixing on medium-low speed, slowly drizzle in the milk until fully incorporated and smooth.
Fold in the Whipped Topping
Gently fold in the whipped topping until evenly combined, creating a light and fluffy texture.
Mix in the Fillings
Stir in the ten quartered peanut butter cups, halved Reese’s Minis, and one cup of mini chocolate chips.
Garnish and Chill
Top the fluff with the remaining quartered peanut butter cups, whole Reese’s Minis, and the remaining mini chocolate chips. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
Serve
Serve chilled with your favorite cookies for dipping and enjoy this peanut buttery, chocolatey delight!
Notes
- For extra crunch, try adding chopped pretzels or crushed graham crackers.
- If you prefer a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
- This can be made a day ahead—just give it a quick stir before serving.
