Method
- Spread the cream cheese filling into silicone molds or an 8×8 pan.
- Freeze for 1–2 hours.
- After chilling, cut into cubes.
- Remove the chilled bites from the molds or pan.
- Roll or press each bite into the crushed strawberry crunch mixture.
- Use light pressure so the crumbs adhere well to each bite.
- Return the bites to a tray and freeze for an additional 20 minutes to set.
- Serve the bites chilled or semi-frozen.
- Drizzle with strawberry syrup or top with whipped cream if desired.
