- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x4 loaf pan with vegetable oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, peel and mash 3-4 ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add 1/3 cup of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas and stir until well combined.
- Introduce 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 2 large eggs into the mixture, mixing thoroughly.
- Sprinkle in 1/2 cup each of granulated sugar and brown sugar; mix until incorporated.
- Gently fold in 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 cup of chopped Oreos until just combined.
- Transfer the batter into the greased loaf pan, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
For the glaze, whisk together 1 cup of powdered sugar, 2-3 tablespoons of milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled banana bread and let it set before slicing.
