Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.
Mix in the cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, cooked sausage, green chiles, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper). Stir until evenly combined.
Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread.
