Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ground chicken sausage
  • 1 4 oz can diced green chiles, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Crackers

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.
  4. Mix in the cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, cooked sausage, green chiles, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper). Stir until evenly combined.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread.
