Method
- Brown the ground beef sausage in a pan on the stove-top over medium-high heat until it is completely browned.
- Drain the excess fat and then return the browned sausage to the pan.
- Add the Rotel and cubes of cheese melt along with the cream cheese to the ground sausage.
- Continue to heat over medium-high heat, allowing the cheeses to melt. Make sure to stir every few minutes to combine all of the ingredients thoroughly.
- Serve hot with chips!
