Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces of ground beef sausage
  • 2 cups of cheese melt
  • 1 can of Rotel
  • 1 package of cream cheese

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef sausage in a pan on the stove-top over medium-high heat until it is completely browned.
  2. Drain the excess fat and then return the browned sausage to the pan.
  3. Add the Rotel and cubes of cheese melt along with the cream cheese to the ground sausage.
  4. Continue to heat over medium-high heat, allowing the cheeses to melt. Make sure to stir every few minutes to combine all of the ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Serve hot with chips!
