One Pan Marry Me Chicken Pasta: Quick, Easy, and Full of Flavor

These Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups are flaky, cheesy, and packed with protein, making them a perfect grab-and-go breakfast! With buttery crescent rolls, savory turkey sausage, and melty cheese, these roll-ups are an easy way to start your day.

Ingredients

✅ 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
✅ 4 turkey sausage links, cooked & halved
✅ 3 large eggs, scrambled
✅ ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
✅ 1 tbsp milk
✅ 1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)
✅ ¼ tsp salt
✅ ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Scramble the eggs: In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a nonstick pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until soft and set. Remove from heat.

3️⃣ Prepare the dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.

4️⃣ Assemble the roll-ups: Place a small amount of scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, and half a turkey sausage link at the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll up tightly.

5️⃣ Bake: Place the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

6️⃣ Serve & enjoy: Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
