For the Pasta:

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Topping:

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3️⃣ Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, diced onions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

4️⃣ Combine with pasta: Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixture and toss until evenly coated.

5️⃣ Transfer to baking dish: Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

6️⃣ Add topping: Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese over the top.

7️⃣ Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
