- Roll each piece into a small round circle (about 6 inches in diameter).

- On one half of each dough circle, spread 1 tablespoon marinara sauce, leaving a small border for sealing.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices (or any desired toppings!).
- Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape.
- Press the edges with a fork to seal.

- Brush the tops of the pizza pockets with olive oil.
