Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are bite-sized bundles of juicy beef, melty cheese, and bold flavor all wrapped in a soft, golden dough. Brushed with a garlicky butter and sprinkled with Parmesan, these savory bombs are perfect for parties, game days, or as a fun twist on a classic cheeseburger. They’re quick to assemble, easy to serve, and seriously addictive.
1 pound ground beef
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Stir in the ketchup and mustard. Let the mixture cool slightly, then mix in the shredded cheese.
Flatten each biscuit or dough portion into a circle. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each and fold the dough over, pinching to seal and form a ball.
Place each filled dough ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Mix the melted butter with minced garlic and brush it generously over each dough ball. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
If desired, brush with extra garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
You can customize the filling with bacon bits, sautéed onions, or pickles for added cheeseburger flavor. Use sharp cheddar for a more pronounced cheese taste, or mix in mozzarella for extra melt. These bombs are best served warm and make great leftovers when reheated in the oven or air fryer. Serve with dipping sauces like burger sauce, ranch, or spicy ketchup for an extra layer of flavor.
