Ingredients

Scale

1 lb penne pasta

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

3/4 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until soft and translucent.

Reduce the heat to low and add the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix, stirring until smooth and creamy.

Gradually pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring continuously until the sauce is well combined and slightly thickened.

Add the shredded chicken, half of the cooked turkey bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and all ingredients are well incorporated into the sauce.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated in the creamy sauce.

Garnish with the remaining turkey bacon and fresh parsley before serving. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Rotisserie chicken works well for this recipe as a quick and flavorful option.

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños.

  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave with a splash of broth or cream to maintain the sauce’s consistency.
