This Creamy Chicken Bacon Ranch Lasagna is a rich, cheesy, and indulgent twist on classic lasagna. It’s packed with rotisserie chicken, crispy bacon, ranch-seasoned cream sauce, and loads of gooey cheese a guaranteed family favorite!
1️⃣ Prepare the Noodles: Boil lasagna noodles in a large pot over medium heat until al dente, following package directions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, heat the evaporated milk with ranch seasoning over low heat, whisking constantly for about 5 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken. Add the cubed cream cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Layer the Lasagna: Spray a 9×13” casserole dish with cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Pour ¾ cup of the creamy ranch sauce into the bottom of the baking pan.
