These sliders are baked until golden and gooey, making them perfect for brunch gatherings, holiday mornings, or meal prep. The combination of soft rolls, smoky bacon, and rich melted cheese makes every bite addictive — truly living up to their name.

Ingredients

Scale

12 slider rolls or Hawaiian rolls
8 large eggs
1 tablespoon butter
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
6 slices cheddar or American cheese
¼ cup melted butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon poppy seeds
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms intact. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
In a skillet, melt the butter and scramble the eggs until just set. Season with salt and pepper.
Layer the scrambled eggs evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls. Add the crumbled bacon and slices of cheese.
Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the sliders.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can substitute sausage or ham for the bacon for variety.
To make ahead, assemble the sliders the night before and refrigerate, then bake in the morning.
For an extra kick, add a drizzle of spicy mayo or hot honey before serving.
These sliders are perfect for serving a crowd and taste just as good reheated the next day.
